Since opening, The Palm Beach Outlets said that they have had over a million shoppers pass through their doors and it seems that the West Palm’s Downtown District Authority would like to have those people frequent the downtown merchants as well.
The DDA heard plans for a pilot program that proposes a free trolley to shuttle people back and forth between Downtown West Palm and The Outlets.
