Looks like everyone may have to wait just a little bit longer to enjoy the new boutique hotel and waterfront bar & restaurant slated for the Palm Harbor Marina Open Lot. The Waterview Towers is suing the City of West Palm Beach for breaking its own rules regarding the use of the lot along the Intracoastal Waterway.
