The land that was home to a local's favorite, has changed hands this past week. The lot that was home to Russo’s Sub Shop, comes with air rights to build up to 19 stories will be the new home of The Cosmopolitan.
The Boca based developer is set to build a 19 story building that will include a 7 story garage, 201 room hotel along with 5 floors of Class A office space at the top of the building. The developer is in talks with two or three anchor tenants as well as two different hotel companies.
