Downtown West Palm Beach. The Mayor released the newest valuation for this parcel of land was 15 million, up from $10 Million just a few months ago. The new project looks incredible and could be a huge boost for Downtown West Palm Beach. This along with the new hotel being built next to the convention center is pointing to huge growth once again for Downtown West Palm Beach.
