Anyone traveling in and Downtown West Palm Beach, please take note that Gardenia and Fern Streets will be closed at the railroad tracks until Nov 1, 2016, so that crews can work on drainage and other issues around the tracks. Hibiscus and Clematis will be able to handle traffic going East and West in and out of CityPlace.
