Alton, Trevi Isle, Artistry, Avenir, Pointe Midtown, these are just some of the names that will start to sound more familiar in the very near future. In case you haven’t noticed, there is a lot of construction going on in Palm Beach Gardens. The real estate market is hot and the developers have realized that the demand for new construction homes is there. There are no less 5 developments in different stages of progress in Palm Beach Gardens alone. Townhouses, Estate Homes, condos are all in the works for our growing city.
If you haven’t had the chance to drive along Donald Ross Rd just east of I-95 you will be shocked at the progress that Kolter has made in developing their Alton Community. The south side of Donald Ross Rd is also showing signs of some of the retail buildings that will serve the community. Publix, LA Fitness, and other nationally known brands will join the mix later this year.
Just west of I-95 on Hood Rd is already showing signs of development for two of the above-mentioned communities. Trevi Isle (from the low 400’s) and Artistry ( 700’s to 2 million) have started to take shape and join the mix of townhome and single-family neighborhoods of Paloma, Old Palm, Bent Tree, and Hampton Cay.
Traveling along PGA Blvd west of I-95 you will also notice the new townhouse community that has already started construction behind the new Earth Fare grocery store. These townhomes will start in the high 400’s and into the 500’s.
