The best-kept secret in South Florida is out. For the longest time, West Palm Beach was known for being a sleepy little town. It's residents know better. We live, work, and play in this incredible city by the Intracoastal. We've spent lazy days on the water. We've walked to the beach. We've dined at the city's numerous restaurants and we've bragged to our friends and family about this gorgeous city that we live in. Well, the word is out. Developers have arrived and have realized what we've known for years. They've brought plans to the city to make room for more people to enjoy this gorgeous city.
The city always knew that people would discover our paradise and luckily they started planning for this renaissance. The addition of the Brightline has expanded the reach that city residents can work and play without having to hop into a car. A job in Fort Lauderdale or Miami is now options for residents that preferred to live in West Palm Beach. The city has approved plans for more apartments and commercial office space as well. The city has also focused on the downtown West Palm's walkability. They have added more shade trees, increased bike lanes, and have taken the pedestrian into greater consideration.
In its efforts to get the word out, the city has put together videos to give people a sneak peek at what we have in the works. Take a peek at this video and let me know your thoughts.
