It’s been almost 20 years since the last Townhomes were built on Palm Beach Island but with the newest land purchase on the island almost complete, New Townhomes could become a reality. The town council has asked the developer to modify a couple of things for this new project on Brazilian Ave and will then reconvene to vote.
