Real Estate investor Jeff Greene has completed the purchase of two more parcels of land in the north end of downtown which certainly seems to point to the redevelopment of the North End of the city. Last week's approval of rezoning in the area points to huge changes in the area. This area is right for developments and investment opportunities.
