The public outcry has forced the hand of the developer and forced them to submit a revision to the plan they originally had set for the site of a local favorite. The developer that is moving forward with its plans to develop on the site in The Gardens has heard the public sentiment and has decided to revise its plans and downsize both the hotel and condo building. This will also lower the height of the buildings and help reduce the amount of traffic coming to this already heavily congested area.
