Developer Jeff Greene snuck in plans for another Micro Apartment project in addition to the ones submitted last week. This one will front Clematia street on the north and Datura on the south. Looks like it will be 5 stories on one side then jump to 12 stories on the other. The rendering of the project is being presented by the same firm that designed the large park on Quadrille.
