That’s part of the proposed plan for the old church that sits at the foot of the bridge leading to Palm Beach.
The Related Cos. has shown interest in buying the land directly to the west of the old church to build a new 30 story tower that would offer direct views of the intracostal waterway as well as Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean. In 2008 Related had also put together a deal for this parcel of land but when the economy tanked the deal died.
